About Texas Star AutoWash

Self-Service Car Wash with Touch-Free Automatic wash. Vacuums and Detailing supplies are available.

Texas Star AutoWash is one of the self-service car washes listed in Fort Worth, Texas. The business is registered at 9801 Denton Hwy, Fort Worth, TX 76244; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as car wash, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

In Fort Worth, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Texas, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (817) 993-9513. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating stands at 3.3 out of 5 from 175 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Worth follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was super excited to go to a touchless car wash considering I just bought the truck and I didn’t wanna go through anything harsh that’s gonna hit it But unfortunately, my truck looked like it just rained outside and nothing more I even paid for the deluxe $15 package, hoping that it would at least clean off some of the dirt not happy at all with my experience here. will not be going back again. Also, the only reason a portion of my window looks clean as due to my windshield wipers.

Ok, I’m rewriting this whole thing. I just saw the response from the owner, the billing has updated as it originally processed $50 but total is actually $8 as of today. Like I stated the only thing I didn’t seem to get right was the spot free rinse. I did clear all of the salt and debris off my truck. Now seeing the final billing I will go back as it’s very affordable.

Go down the street to somwhere else. $15 got subpar touchless clean then if you get a booth its $10 for 4 minutes and nothing works and has the worst pressure ive ever seen at similar car washs. I wish i could get a refund because ive already paid $30 and now im leaving to go down the street to clean my car for half the price.

I have never felt the need to take pictures when reviewing a car wash until today. I spent $22 washing my car and when I dried it, the towel I use for drying my car (and only for drying my car) got so filthy it was like I never washed my car at all. And for $22 you would think that at least there wouldn't be layers of dirt still left on it. I realize that in the picture the dirt that came off of my car onto the towel when I was drying it looks like it could possibly be just a grease stained towel, but I assure you it is not. That filth came off of my car doors after spending $22 washing my car here at this car wash. And it's not like I drive a big truck or SUV. I drive a tiny little sports car. I am 6ft tall and I did not alter that picture; that's just how small it is and the view standing next to it looking down at it. So you can see that $22 should have been more than enough to clean my car and it just didn't. And I wash my car every week. Sometimes twice a week, so I know how to wash my car and get it clean. So disappointed.

8/29/2022 I decided to try a new car wash. I am not to overly impressed. Water pressure seemed a little low. Still adequate though. The selection dial has a couple of items on there that I could not find. The tri foam and the dryer. If they are there then I could not find them. While I am washing my vehicle, the roof is leaking and spattering on the wall in turn splashing on my vehicle. Not horrible but have had better. The money i spent here I could have bought a water hose and done it at my house.
